WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I follow three main rules to achieve the best and they are knowledge, commitment and discipline.
Everything about us and our lives can be improved with the right knowledge, whether that be looking after ourselves as we age or any other aspect of our wellbeing. Search for that knowledge, be curious and ask questions all the time.
Once we have that knowledge we need to make a commitment to ourselves to do something with it. This is the hardest thing to do when you realise that the only person you are letting down if you don’t try to improve things is yourself. Don’t give up, stay strong and committed and you will see results.
Finally discipline, plan ahead all the time so that you can stick to your regime. Stay focussed and you will reap the rewards. Allow yourself treats and breaks but only when you have earnt it. Be honest with yourself and your own abilities each day and by sticking to these three rules, anything is possible.
