WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
The feeling that I have no choice. This is the real thing that helps me to do and be the best I can.
For example: going though many relationships in life, I realised that no one is perfect, and if I don’t start working on myself, its not going to work. I have no choice but to look inside of me and recognise my patterns of behaviour and see how I can improve myself.
With my health – if I don’t feed my body with good nutrition, it’s not going to work. I have no choice but to eat healthy vegan food, and I enjoy it (although when I see a chocolate cake it’s not easy to reject it).
With my work, since I’m self employed, as a yoga teacher, if I don’t develop and practice myself and deepen my spiritual and physical practice, how can I set an example for my students and inspire others?
So actually, no matter where I look, for me, to be better is to realise that I have no other choice … and then to enjoy the ride. It’s my ride. I have no choice but to enjoy it.
