WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
The one thing that I do religiously that helps me be the best Me, Man, Father and Fitness Coach, is I meditate every single morning. I wake up and meditate for 5 minutes. I don’t just sit in silence and think of nothing. I visualize my life the way I’ve always wanted it to be. I see myself and the people I love and care for successful, healthy, happy and at peace. Not only do I visualize it, but I feel, smell, think and say my hearts desires out loud. These desires will be good for me and for the greater good of all people. I send these emotional, mental and physical energy vibrations out into the universe. I truly believe these intentions and desires will manifest and return back to me.
Since practicing 5 minute meditation every morning, I have found that I have better connectivity with people in general. I can solve problems with a calmer demeanor. I’m a better listener and much more creative. I’m able to live a happier, healthier and satisfying life. I hope you will incorporate the most important 5 minutes into your life.
