WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I live the best I can be everyday due to staying committed to my morning routine. Every morning starts with a half hour walk, fresh air and some good tunes, this could range from Ben Howard to Skrillex, completely honouring whatever vibes are with me in that morning. A walk, followed by nutritious breakfast, caffeine hit and then off to the gym for a high intensity sweat or weights session.
I always honour my morning routine as it is time for myself to enjoy, do what I love, appreciate and challenge my body so that the rest of the day I can be impactful, unstoppable and infectious to everyone that comes into my path that day – allowing me to be the best I can be.
