WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I NEED balance in my life. If I have too much free time I become demotivated. If I eat badly or drink too much, I feel and look haggered and I don’t get the most out of my days. SO, I stick to:
EATING HEALTHY. But still allowing my body to have its cravings. In moderation.
TRY NOT TO OVER EAT. Stop when you’re full. Gone are the days where you have to clean your plate or you’l get a smack or no dessert. We don’t want dessert anyway. Do we? Wrap it up and put the rest in the fridge and have it as a snack later.
GIRLFRIEND TIME. Mates are there to make you feel better, lift you up, give you honesty and laugh. Thats why they’re your mates. So I make sure I see them often.
FAMILY. Spending time with people who love you unconditionally … nuff said. I make sure I tell them often I love them and this makes me and them feel good.
EXERCISE. Even if its a brisk walk down the coast or a hit of tennis, I find time every week to get sweaty and release those endorphins.
Giving myself a good balance of work-rest-play makes me the happiest I can be … and also removing things and people who give me negative feels.
