WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
One thing I am conscious of doing to enable myself to be the best I can be is removing temptation. I’m a sucker for yummy food, good and bad! So a simple step I take is removing the opportunity for temptation. This means I do not keep any ‘naughty’ food in my house. Out of sight out of mind!! It means I do not step foot into buffets – of course you’re going to over eat – its a given!! And lastly I only cook up the correct portion sizes otherwise if I cook in bulk I will go back and forth to the fridge to nibble because I know it’s there! Everyone operates differently and has different strengths and weaknesses. It’s knowing yours and adapting accordingly.
