WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
By practicing self love on the daily. Every morning and I commit to my morning routine. This consists of drinking a BIG glass of water with lemon, meditating, visualising, an affirmation practice and importantly, practising gratitude. Some mornings I am grateful for simple things like the sun shining, and other days it goes deeper, concentrating on an aspect of my life whether it be a situation or people close to me. By dedicating myself to my morning routine sets the tone and vibe for the day ahead. When I don’t practice, I find I am less focused, less authentic and can get quite irritable! This time is just for me, with no phone or email distractions, just time where I can hone in and focus on how I am going to be the best I can be for that day.
I have set up reminder / notifications that go off several times a day. These consist of positive affirmations to remind myself of my blessings, magic and purpose. At the end of the day, when it comes time for a shower I light candles in my bathroom and after my shower complete an essential oil practice. This helps me to unwind from the day, tune in to my body and emotions and makes me feel pampered!
