WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
The things that I have learnt along the way in my journey have been firstly to not sweat the small stuff, as no one is perfect. Everyone is their own individual. We all want and do different things and have different perspectives in life about what makes us happy. I love what I do and how I can impact other peoples’ lives and influence in my own way. I also have always believed that having your own self confidence and worth is really important and knowing that you are amazing how you are, no matter what you look like or how your life seems.
I love getting up feeling like I have a goal and drive to be better or to do something different that makes me happier. I don’t like feeling incomplete or lacking motivation so I always prepare my days and think of how I need to pursue my goals or tasks to be proactive. My love for an active lifestyle and living a balanced life of nutritional foods and foods not so good for you means I am happy. I train hard and love my weekends out on the bike or doing something fun and fit.
