WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I spend two hours in the morning to rev my engine by exercising and spending some time in spirituality.
Spirituality is the best way to blend fitness and wholistic living. Getting in the right mindset, being at peace within yourself, finding deep motivation and energy from spirituality, help me to give fitness my all. Through spirituality, I have deep motivation and I am fully able to give my workout all that I have, pushing myself and setting new personal records.
Some personal records that I currently have: I just held a plank for 4 minutes and 15 seconds. I just did 45 pull ups in my last workout. My current record for the 3 mile race is 17 min 55 seconds. My current fastest mile time is 5 minutes 11 seconds. These personal records are worse than some people’s and better than others. The reason I’m sharing this is because it doesn’t matter about comparing, but giving it your best. Are you pushing yourself to your best physical performance?
