WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
There are a couple of things that help me to be at my best, but if I must say just one, I have to point out movement and exercise. It is not just a challenge that I get from different types of movement and workouts but also it’s a natural antidepressant and a great tool to use when I feel low, not being my best self. Moving my body instantly pumps me up, energises me and lifts my mood. Can not go a day without it.
