WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
Having a positive mindset and focusing time and energy on positive things to yield positive outcomes. Essentially feeding the positive and starving the negative. Not allowing small set backs to destroy my spirits but to fuel my fire. The saying goes: to be successful you must fail early, fail often and fail forward. Practicing patience and understanding that things worth having, don’t happen over night. It takes time, effort, consistency and resilience.
Creating good time management is essential for my lifestyle. Responsibilities of parenting, managing a home and making money can be overwhelming. To stay refreshed and focused, I must make time for my passions. Every day. To give 100% to those around me, I have to be 100%. Me-time is my time to recharge and recenter my energy. Time is always limited but there is always a way to keep moving forward. Small steps are still steps. By focusing on positive, productive things, realizing goals and dreams is easier. Prioritize and make yourself a priority.
Eliminating the extra curricular things that don’t positively benefit me, relieves stress, and allows time to take the initiative and pro-actively chase whats going to make me a better version of myself.
