WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
Committing to yoga and meditation each morning before I start my day gives me a solid and peaceful foundation to glide through whatever the day may bring. I have also trained myself to be grateful for all things in life, the hard times and the good, for they all teach us lessons we need to learn in order to evolve. When we see the broader perspective of our life experiences we understand more deeply and thus our suffering diminishes and all thats left is wisdom and joy.
