WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
So much of my success can be attributed to my shift in thinking from short-term to long-term. Life is short, true. However, it is also pretty long in the grand scheme of things. Taking a long-game approach to my life and thinking about the next 30 years as opposed to the next three months has been a game changer for me. Finding a way to move the needle forward a bit every day is of paramount importance. Taking actionable steps every single day to contribute to that long-term success will set you up for greatness. I literally sat down and asked myself,
What can I enjoy doing every single day for the rest of my life that would add value to others and lead to my eventual success?
Creating daily content and documenting the process of my climb became the answer. You don’t have to be the master of all things to start. You just have to start. After you start, you have to keep pushing forward every single day. This could manifest itself differently for everyone. It may be a YouTube video, it may be a consistent blog post, it may be daily exercise, it may be anything. Regardless of what it is, it needs to be consistent. It needs to be authentic. It needs to come from your heart and truly express your passion and drive. If you love what you are doing on a daily basis, you’ll be able to sustain the kind of intensity necessary to become great at it. Find your “thing”, know your “why”, and put your head down and work!
