WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
The one thing that I religiously live by is my morning routine. And the lynchpin of this is waking up and showing gratitude to what I have right here and right now. Commonly it will be a reflection on something amazing that happened to me yesterday or a special moment I shared with my wife or children. No matter how stressed I can be with commitments for the upcoming day, this allows me to re-set, be present in the moment and control my mind. The subconscious mine is 100X more powerful than the conscious mind – being able to control it to work in your favour is a vital asset to deliver long term business and personal success.
