WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
One thing that I do that helps me strive to be the best that I can be is meditation. I listen to binaural beats music which helps my mind stay focused and I go between focusing on my breath and then visualisation. I meditate on the type of person I want to be, I think a lot about how my best self would respond to a situation and then I try and re-create that in my life. Meditation really does help. You don’t need to do it for long, ten minutes a day and you will start to notice the benefits.
