As an MD entrepreneur, conscious living guide and transformation coach, being the best I can be is essential for managing every aspect of my life. I am responsible for my energy, as it is what inspires people to work with me and also gives me the drive to do so many things. So for me, meditation is the number one thing I do to stay centered and radiant. It’s so important that I’ve created on online course to share with others the powerful benefits of this daily practice. Meditating at least 20 minutes a day enhances my concentration, innovation and abilities to be efficient throughout the day.
