I keep working on my physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing daily by practising a variety of natural movement methods.
I give gratitude in a daily diary for all I have.
I fuel myself with nutrient dense living vegan based foods.
I surround myself with awesome people, and spend time with my boys.
I practise what I preach. I do what I love. I live life to the fullest and focus on the positives.
I smile a lot and give lots of hugs.
I am blessed to be in the community of Byron Bay and have good health, beautiful children and a job that I love.
