Hi I’m Claire Denning, I’m a Personal Trainer and Dr Bill Davison Holistic Health Coach. I am a wife and mum to 3 beautiful children. My passion is health and fitness and learning new ways to help people live a healthy life through Holistic Health Coaching. I will be competing in my first WBFF competition in July and I am 100% natural!
10 things that help me to be the best version of me are:
1. Positive affirmations
These are amazing and work because your mind is so powerful and it really affects your every day attitude. Write down things that you are grateful for and also pick some affirmations to start your day in a positive frame of mind knowing that yes you can do anything you put your mind to.
2. An amazing support network
Which of your friends or family are in your support network when times are rough? Remember these people and cherish them. Having a great support network is crucial in achieving your goals.
3. Working towards a goal
Write down your goal and stick it up so you always remember why you started!
4. A visual reminder
Stick up a picture that will motivate you through your journey.
5. Reading a lot of great books
There are so many inspiring Authors and Mentors out there which we can learn so much from. I use Audiobooks so I can be inspired while I go on my morning walk.
Pause and breathe, take some time out of your day to just pause and take a deep breath in. Meditation reduces stress and increases happiness.
7. A very healthy diet full of natural whole foods.
You are what you eat! A quote from Aubery Marcus. Get the best quality food you can so you can absorb all the great nutrients which will inturn help you feel great and give you more energy. Watch where your food came from as a lot of food has harmful chemicals sprayed on them and meats are pumped with antibiotics.
Our bodies are made up of 80% water so imagine, when you dont drink enough water your organs and body can’t function because they’re shrivelled from water depletion. Drink your water and I bet you will have more energy and clarity.

10. Self love
Love yourself! You are unique and beautiful. No one is more you than you. Focus on your weaknesses because they will become strengths.
