There are so many, but one of the most impactful practices I do every day that helps me to be the best I can be is having a structured morning routine.
After reading the Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod a few years back and hearing constantly from some of the most successful people of all time, all with one thing in common, a morning routine.
My morning routine has and continues to evolve since I started it. At first, it was quite clunky and hard to keep consistent, but with persistence and repetition, it has now become a part of who I am with very little conscious effort.
Some of the core habits that I have implemented are meditation, paperback reading, movement, journaling and getting outside and connecting my feet to the earth and looking toward the sun. All priming me for the day ahead.
