WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
If I have to talk about only one thing that helps me be the best version of myself that would be boxing. I discovered boxing 6 years ago and my whole life, body and mindset has changed ever since. This sport empowers me and makes me humble at the same time. It makes me work hard every day and stay disciplined. It also helps me be a better mom, because it makes me patient and takes all the stress away from my body and mind.
