WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
For me, it’s all about consistency with my diet and training. I’m active whenever I can outside of the gym. I enjoy going for walks with my dog or doing anything that keeps my body moving. To me, the most important thing about a fit lifestyle is what you’re doing outside of the gym. It doesn’t matter if you spend 2 hours a day in the gym, if you sit on your butt the rest of the day. With a desk job, take walks on your breaks. On days off, go for an extra long walk with your dog or maybe for a bike ride.
Another big thing for me is that I surround myself with people who enjoy being active too. So I have my gym buddies and people who love to go on adventures that motivate me to try new things.
