WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
One of the most important things I believe that creates the best you is practicing self love and keeping a positive mindset. There are many things that can make us happy temporarily but happiness from within is what lasts and allows us to be our best selves. We live in a world where society makes us believe we need certain things or to look a certain way in order to achieve ultimate happiness. This is completely false and we must find that within ourselves. It may sound very cliche, but we really do only get one shot at life and we never know exactly how long we have. It is important to accept and love yourself the way you are and never stop learning and growing. Once you find that freedom of self acceptance and postiviity the possibilities become endless. This leaves more space for you to create a life that you love, letting your courage conquer your fear. It has allowed me to create a life that allows me to travel, coach others in health and really live my dream. Do not let your limitations or excuses hold you back from experiencing life the way you want. Everyone is capable. I have come to my self acceptance and positivity through daily habits and ongoing practice of affirmations, meditation, yoga, reading, holistic health and healing, and surrounding myself with people who also radiate positivity. Take time to find your own peace and best you. The most rewarding investment you can make is investing in yourself.
