WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I wake up early and exercise first thing in the morning, every. single. day. You might say that is a bit extreme, but with a very busy schedule stress seems to sneak up on us. If our bodies are under stress, our immune system deteriorates and when we don’t feel our best, the other areas of our lives can suffer.
Exercise helps to reduce stress, boost your immune system and re-energise you. With a busy schedule, you need to take some time and some love for yourself and exercise does just exactly that. It is the one time of the day that is reserved just for me. After my workout, I feel ready for whatever the day will bring – I feel on top of my game.
If you are not into exercise, I would highly recommend incorporating this into your routine, at least a few days a week and you will notice the difference!
Something else that is extremely important (aside from eating healthy, but indulging when you like, obtaining a semblance of a work-life balance, and working on your goals that really excite you) – is confidence and faith in yourself, your ability and your goals. You must first believe in yourself, and then others will see it too.
