There are many different hacks I try to incorporate daily that helps push me towards optimal health. These include intermittent fasting, Bulletproof coffee, cycling high and low fat foods, reducing blue light, taking the appropriate supplements that prevent deficiency and help my body detox, practicing gratitude, daily movement and surrounding myself with positive, driven people. Above everything though, my favourite thing that pushes me towards optimal health and being the best I can be is getting out into nature. Whether it is a hike, a walk by the ocean or just sitting on the grass, being outside in the fresh air with nature makes me feel a certain way like nothing else does. It reduces any stress, makes me feel happy and alive – like everything makes sense again after I have spent time outdoors. It brings a sense of balance to my life and is my ultimate self care and self love tool I regularly use throughout my week.
