WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
One of the best decisions I have made, was to start crossfit. I was lucky enough to find the perfect place for me. Two years ago I had my first baby and I trained up until I was 8 months pregnant! Being able to start my day giving my best at the box has changed not only my body but also my mindset and attitude towards life.
Fitness and eating healthily is part of my routine and they enhance the quality of life I want to live but they do not control and dictate my actions.
Our bodies, no matter what they look like, are incredible and you don’t have to go to extreme measures to get the body you want. Now I can be the best and healthiest role model to my son. Life is good!
So my biggest piece of advice is to be patient, CONSISTENT and love the process. You will succeed!
