WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
The one thing that I do to be the best me is to look for the good in everything – in others, in myself and in the world more generally. I find that looking for the good in everyone and everything really makes me feel great and helps me to thrive. I notice that so many of my clients spend most of their time being incredibly self-critical and this only leaves them feeling horrible all of the time – when we work to change their inner dialogue so it is kinder and more compassionate they very often notice huge shifts in their life. Similarly, many people go through their days thinking the worst of people and expecting the worst to happen to them – and this is often what leads to anxiety and depression. Making a constant effort to be grateful for what I already have and to appreciate the good in others and the world really helps me to feel great and be at my best all of the time.
