WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I find something that really challenges me, not only physically but mentally as well. This goes for all areas of my life, training, diet, hobbies, work, study and travel. I don’t want to be mediocre. I don’t want to be categorised with the average person who complains about their life, but never does anything to improve it.
The thought of dying and never fully lived scares me. So every day I strive to hit my goals, until they become my reality. My most recent goal was to gain my Pro card on the Body Building circuit in my division, Fitness Model. Two weeks ago I achieved this goal in Thailand in ICN’s Southern Universe Championships. The road wasn’t easy, but the victory was worth it. So, now it’s time sit down and figure out what challenge to set myself next.
