My mental and physical health is #1 priority for me. My morning starts with a macro balanced breakfast, caffeine hit, my BCAAS then it’s weight time. I train 5 – 6 days a week and eat a high nutritional based diet.
I have a daily method of operation that is the key to my success along with a high value on being consistent.
I made a significant decision when I was young that I have never regretted. Simply put, I decided that I did not have to live my life like everyone else. I would live my own life, not the repetitive cycles of unhealthy so-called heredity behavioural patterns.
I am also very privilege that I get to teach and help people around the world overcome the stress and anxiety that has been present during most of their lives and now they are able to live life in LOVE with themselves, on their terms and in full view to their own greatness.
I LOVE food and enjoy eating healthy food. Cravings are not something I have to deal with due to my diet and the water I drink. No tap or bottled water. It’s only restructured antioxidant water for this girl.Music is another LOVE — makes me so happy!!!
I have a journal that I write down everyday what I am grateful for and sometimes it’s not the ones that are too shiny from the outside, but they hold the gold!
I live my life from gratitude for what I have been blessed with – my brain, my body, my children, my friends, and for all the amazing people in my life and to all the super amazing humans I am still to meet.
