WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
One thing I do that helps me to be the best version of myself is practicing self love and having motivation for nothing but success. By self love I mean choosing to wake up every morning and tackle obstacles that will only help me become stronger, both mentally and physically. I’ve become obsessed with doing things specifically with my greatest intent and best interest in mind. As well as not worrying about making decisions to keep others happy, but more focused on what is going to make me happy. I fully believe if one is to tackle any obstacles they should do it with a headstrong mindset and a positive outlook towards it. Speaking positivity into existence has kept me going. Paying no mind to any energy that will weigh me down. We are our only competition, so I just always try to one up myself, and it seems to be working for me.
