Every day I do a minimum of 31 minutes of Kundalini meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This sacred time allows me to clear my mind, visualize what I want to create in my life, raise my vibration, and send love to myself and others. I never miss a day because these things are more important to me than anything else in the world. There’s no way I would be as efficient, friendly and successful as I am today if it weren’t for Kundalini. This type of meditation has been a lifesaver for me!
