WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I make sure to drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning and ensure that I do one set of any one bodyweight exercise to failure, no matter what other training or schedule I have planned for the day. The one exercise is usually one set of push ups or pull ups or squats or a plank. I find one set to max really helps energise your body and optimise your mind so you can make the most of your day!
