Being a personal trainer / fitness instructor gives me the opportunity to meet and teach a lot of people in my community. I once was not active but after my thyroid disorder started, depression came in, so I knew I had to make some changes in my life. Fitness was the answer and I would love to share my story to inspire people going through the same thing.
