WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
That’s a big question, I suppose I focus on my why in all that I do …
I experienced depression, anxiety, stress, overwhelm and suicidal thoughts quite intensely when I was younger and when I figured out different tools and strategies to work through these challenges I knew I wanted to find a way that I could help others do the same. A lot of us feel we don’t have anyone to turn to, anyone who will understand, we feel helpless and some of us sadly give up. I want people to know they’re not alone and inspire them to live life how they truly want to live. I want to help them experience more happiness, joy and freedom than they ever thought possible.
So by focusing on my why and this fire within me that wants to help and make a positive impact in the world I am able to push myself through the tough times, conquer fears, and keep striving. I believe that I have an important message to share and I can make a real difference in the world and it would be selfish of me not to at least try and accomplish this. Even If i only help one person, it’s all worth it.
