It is simple … be happy!!!
I always ask people “What are you hungry for?”. Whether the answer is: hungry for food, for success, for power, for love, or money, I know we all are “Hungry for Happy”.
We spend our lives chasing dreams, thinking that they will make us happy. The problem is when we finally make happen one dream, we decide that we are not happy enough and start chasing another dream. The cycle never ends until we understand that we need to be happy first with no condition and the dreams will follow.
So how to be happy?
First by accepting and loving who we are today and by finding at least one positive thing every morning about our day, our life and/or our situation. Then, by giving at least one compliment to someone during our day.
Being happy made the woman that I am today.
