WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
One thing I owe to helping me be my best everyday is my sacred morning ritual. I wake up at 5:30am every morning and the first thing I do is pray and meditate before starting my day. I also spend 5 – 10 minutes every morning writing in my journal and doing positive affirmations. I truly believe that my morning ritual is what helps me be my best every single day. It is a very crucial part of my positive attitude and self-motivation.
