WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
The one thing that I do is continually set goals that scare me. Goals that require me to grow into the person I need to be to have a chance of achieving them. Goals that allow me to use my gift of health and movement for those who can’t impacted by cruel diseases like MND and Dementia.
My why come two fold; To honour those dear loved ones lost to these diseases by continuing the fight for those battling the everyday devastating impacts.
I am a single mum and showing my son that life is for living. Anything is possible with hard work and determination which gives us the privilege of being able to help others less fortunate than us.
