WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
I love to focus on continually pushing myself to a higher level. I have realized over the years that I’m a role model of sorts for others even if I didn’t intend to be. People notice everything I do and say. I need to continually be on my game with everything – from facial expressions to body language to managing moods and situations. I have to be consistent in my training, my message, my positivity and my push towards my career goals. Knowing that it is important to me to hold myself to a higher standard than the status quo, it’s imperative that I continue to outdo myself to unlock my greatest potential. As my IG post today says, “our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” I want to change the world. It starts with one rep, one meal, one day at a time…. one interaction, one quote, one picture, one exercise…. but in the end the cumulative result is impactful. I want to change lives and inspire and by being my best authentic me, I’ve gotten some great feedback on how I’ve influenced others unintentionally and it feels great!
