WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
Daily practises are hugely important and getting you day started right is huge!
I begin each day with a 5 – 10 minute meditation, followed by 3 things I am grateful for.
It essentially allows me to see the good in the world and create a perceptual filter to see more great things.
Think of a perceptual filter like when you are are looking to purchase a new car, when you were in the process of purchasing the car did you suddenly notice that car everywhere? Was there more of them on the road? Did they sell more over night? Did they multiply? No. It’s your perceptual filter, your conscious mind had created a frame / filter for your unconscious to start picking up.
This same thing can apply when being grateful at the start of the day, you’ll start seeing more good in the world!
Practising gratitude for what’s already in your life is the most important step to being the best you can be.
