WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
There are a multitude of things that I do in order to help maximise my potential and increase my levels of fulfillment within my life, To list a few there is:
Waking up early:
4.45am in order to get more done with my day and guarantee that I have enough time for all the inspiring tasks I have placed in front of myself
My body is the vehicle that I utalise in this lifetime, it is a gift and I want to make sure that I take the best care of it internally and externally in order to maximise it’s potential and hold onto it’s vitality.
Daily goal mastery:
The word fulfillment means to ‘feel full’, the greatest level of fulfillment I experience in my life is to fulfill inspiring goal in all seven areas of life daily. I have a daily routine and schedule that hit’s all areas of life with little to bigger goals depending on my hierarchy of values and importance.
I can be a bit Elon Musk with my goal setting at times and become a little too excited to achieve everything now! I track my goals daily in all areas of life daily, monthly and yearly. Re-assessing and fine-tuning my plan as I go.
Having almost died 8-times in my life, I feel time is far too valuable to waste. I place everything into my digital calendar including the hours I intend to sleep. I attempt to fill my calendar a fortnight in advance with the things that I love. I know my life is far too short to not fill it with highly inspiring activities, tasks and goals.
I feel that if I am not planning something in my life that I label important, than it just isn’t important to me. I won’t leave my life to chance, I invest a small period of time daily towards master planning and researching my goals, obstacles and managing emotions.
Doing what I love and love what I do:
Growing up I felt trapped in certain belief systems and by societies perceived expectations, in my teens I started studying and questioning why humanity does what it does. In doing so I was lead to the importance of creating my own inspired journey. Everyday I am looking to do what I love to the greatest degree in order to maximise my energy, vitality and potential. Anything less than what I love robs me of energy, vitality and authenticity.
I have an amazing life, I have a beautiful and loving partner Renee, I am blessed to have the family that I have and people within my life. Whether I am at work or outside of it, I aim to be as focused, present and aware of where my attention and intention is with every moment. This is not the easiest of practices at times, but when I am, life reveals it’s magnificent hidden order of love and my heart and mind quieten to the beauty of the moment I am experiencing.
I don’t know how long I will be on this earth, I have almost died 8-times and have set a life plan that will last until I am 130-years old. The older I get, the more I am intrigued by this universe and it’s hidden order. I love to study and learn something new everyday within the areas that most inspire me and make my heart sing.
Having mentioned the above, there is one thing that sits above all others and allows all of the above to even be possible, for me this is perceptual mastery.
I place a large emphasis on managing my perceptions, which in turn drastically impact my psychology (mind) and physiology (emotions / how I feel). If I don’t have my head in the game, then my life will follow suit. I have spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars learning about the human mind-body connection and studying the universal laws so that I can maximise my potential and increase my fulfillment levels in life.
It used to take weeks, months and sometimes years to let go of certain emotional charges towards events, people or situations that occurred within my life when I was growing up. I felt like life was happening to me, not for me, and that at any moment something could occur that would throw out any state of equilibrium. Put simply, my emotions ran me, instead of the other way around. I hated the idea that I didn’t have a high level of control in my life and I wanted to know how I could pre-prepare my mind so that I could achieve anything my heart was inspired to achieve within this life. I‘m 34-years old and have almost died 8-times, I know how valuable time is and I wanted to make sure I did all I could with all I have within this life. I didn’t want to leave my legacy to chance, I wanted to equip myself with the most powerful tools that would allow me to become a highly powerful mental master.
In working and testing my learning’s with thousands of clients, I have now formulated a few methodologies and practices that I utalise daily in order to keep my mind sharp, prepared for the days challenges and anything that could occur within my life. I teach my clients daily how they too can achieve the same level of mental mastery and it is one of the most fulfilling things I could imagine doing with my life.
