WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT YOU DO, THAT HELPS YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE?
It’s so hard to pick just one, as there are so many regular habits and patterns that I do that help so much!
But for sure, everyday no matter what, I do some sort of creative movement, mixed with empowering music, mixed with an empowering mindset.
I also practice daily disruptive gratitude sessions as well as “future rememberings” Where I ask my self:
What am I grateful for?
Why am I grateful for it?
What would my life be like if I didn’t have that thing anymore?
Then I dance around my room like crazy and celebrate and practice gratitude for all the things I am so grateful that I created in my future. I try to get as specific as I can with these “future rememberings” so my mind and body feels like it really is a memory that has already happened.
Also I I have to give a very special thank you to companies like Neurohacker.com and Pulscenters.com that have helped me tremendously. I use both on a very daily/regular basis and without them I would not be able to be where I am at and handle all the emotional, mental, and physical stress that comes with being a leading actress and CEO of The Disruptive Movement.
